Method for carbon reduction and denitration of cement kiln by adopting ammonia hydrogen
According to the method, hydrogen and ammonia are mixed in a pipeline according to different working conditions aiming at the characteristics of the cement kiln, and the hydrogen and the ammonia are fed into a main combustion area above primary air of a kiln head and tertiary air of a decomposing furnace and a denitration area below the primary air of the kiln head and the tertiary air of the decomposing furnace to participate in a combustion reaction by utilizing an existing combustor. On one hand, by intelligently controlling the composition proportion of ammonia and hydrogen in the pipeline, the mixing concentration is properly improved on the basis of ensuring the safety in the gas conveying process of the pipeline, so that the calorific value substitution of the zero-carbon material is improved; on the other hand, by controlling the interaction of ammonia and hydrogen, combustion of original fuel is promoted, and meanwhile emission of NOx and CO in combustion flue gas is reduced. The scheme is feasible, the investment cost is low, the heat efficiency of a kiln system is improved, and the beneficial effects of carbon reduction and denitration are achieved.
本发明公开了一种水泥窑采用氨氢降碳脱硝的方法,针对水泥窑的特点,将氢气和氨气按照不同的工况进行管道掺混,并利用现有燃烧器送入窑头一次风、分解炉三次风上方主燃区及下方脱硝区参与燃烧反应。一方面通过智能控制管道中氨氢的组成比例,在确保管道输送气体过程中的安全性基础上适当提高掺混浓度,以提高零碳材料的热值替代;另一方面通过控制氨氢的相互作用,促进原有燃料的燃烧,同时降低燃烧烟气中的NOx及CO排放。本发明方案切实可行,投资成本低,有利于提高窑系统热效率,并起到降碳、脱硝的有益作用。
