High-strength ceramic microsphere and preparation method thereof
Disclosed are a high-strength ceramic microsphere and preparation method thereof. The preparation method thereof comprises the following steps: grinding kaolin, aluminum oxide, feldspar, modified wollastonite, modified zirconium oxide, calcium carbonate, basalt and modified silicon carbide by virtue of a wet mixing and grinding process to obtain ground micro-powder, putting the ground micro-powderinto a ball forming mill, adding water, uniformly mixing, and rolling to form a ball, polishing the raw materials, feeding the polished raw materials into a drying device for drying to obtain ceramicmicrobead blanks, feeding the ceramic microbead blanks into a kiln for firing, naturally cooling, carrying out autogenous grinding and polishing, and screening according to the production particle size specification to obtain the high-strength ceramic microbeads. According to the high-strength ceramic microbead, by adding aluminum oxide, the wear resistance and compressive strength of the ceramicmicrobead are improved, meanwhile, the production cost of the ceramic microbead is reduced, all the raw materials are ground to 3000,000 meshes, the tightness degree among all the components is enhanced, and the mechanical property of the ceramic microbead is further improved.
本发明公开了一种高强度陶瓷微珠及其制备方法,通过将高岭土、三氧化二铝、长石、改性硅灰石、改性氧化锆、碳酸钙、玄武岩、改性碳化硅进行湿法混磨工艺进行研磨,得到研磨微粉,将研磨微粉放入成球机,加水进行混合均匀,滚动形成球状,抛光后送入烘干装置进行烘干,烘干后得到陶瓷微珠坯体,最后将陶瓷微珠坯体送入窑炉烧制,自然冷却后进行自磨抛光,按生产粒径规格进行筛选,得到该高强度陶瓷微珠;该高强度陶瓷微珠通过添加三氧化二铝提高了陶瓷微珠的耐磨性和抗压强度,同时降低了陶瓷微珠的生产成本,而且将各原料研磨至3000‑4000目,增强了各组分之间的紧密程度,进一步提高了陶瓷微珠的力学性能。
