The invention discloses a preparation method of a porous quartz ceramic filter material, which comprises the following steps: by using high-purity quartz sand as a raw material and a silane coupling agent as a surface modifier, preparing a silane coupling agent ethanol solution, spraying the silane coupling agent ethanol solution into high-speed stirred quartz sand in a mist form, and stirring anddrying to obtain surface-modified quartz sand; by taking quartz sand as a raw material and silica sol as a binder, uniformly stirring surface-modified quartz sand and a silica sol aqueous solution, and granulating to obtain a granulated material with a certain granularity; and preparing a porous quartz ceramic green body from the granulated material through compression molding, and calcining thegreen body at 1100-1300 DEG C to obtain the porous quartz ceramic filter material. The porous quartz ceramic filter material prepared by the invention is high in structural strength, not easy to damage, multiple in open pores, uniform in distribution and high in water flux.
本发明公开了一种多孔石英陶瓷过滤材料的制备方法,具体内容为:高纯石英砂为原料,硅烷偶联剂为表面改性剂,配置硅烷偶联剂乙醇溶液,将硅烷偶联剂乙醇溶液以雾状形式喷到高速搅拌的石英砂中,搅拌干燥得到表面改性后的石英砂;硅溶胶为粘结剂,将表面改性的石英砂与硅溶胶水溶液搅拌均匀,进行造粒,得到一定粒度的造粒料;造粒料通过压制成型制备多孔石英陶瓷坯体,将坯体进行1100‑1300℃煅烧,得到多孔石英陶瓷过滤材料。本发明制备的多孔石英陶瓷过滤材料,结构强度高不易损坏,开气孔多且分布均匀,水通量高。
