The firing temperature is 1220-1300 DEG C, the mixed powder comprises a high-temperature foaming agent, an aluminum source raw material with the Al2O3 content being greater than or equal to 38% and a silicon source raw material with the SiO2 content being 50-80%, and the high-temperature foaming agent is selected from at least one of silicon carbide and antimony trioxide. According to the invention, the problem of insufficient strength caused by large firing shrinkage and low sintering degree during preparation of the mullite porous ceramic at present is solved, the high-strength porous ceramic which takes mullite as a main crystalline phase can be obtained by firing at a high firing temperature during firing, and the high-temperature foaming agent matched with the firing temperature is matched, so that the high-strength porous ceramic is obtained. Uniform high-temperature closed pores can be formed through foaming at the high temperature, and the obtained porous ceramic is low in apparent porosity, excellent in strength and low in heat conductivity coefficient.
本发明公开了一种高闭孔率石英‑莫来石多孔陶瓷及其制备方法,属于多孔陶瓷材料制备技术领域,制备步骤包括将混合粉料干压成坯体,经烧成、降温后,脱模即得;烧成温度为1220~1300℃,混合粉料包括高温发泡剂、Al2O3含量≥38%的铝源原料和SiO2含量在50%~80%的硅源原料,高温发泡剂选自碳化硅、三氧化二锑至少一种。本发明解决了目前莫来石多孔陶瓷制备时烧成收缩大、烧结度低引致强度不足的问题,烧成时采用高的烧成温度能够烧制得到高强度的、以莫来石为主晶相的多孔陶瓷,配合与烧成温度相适配的高温发泡剂,可在该高温下发泡形成均匀的高温闭孔,所得多孔陶瓷显气孔率低、强度优异、导热系数低。
