The invention relates to an ice collecting device, in particular to an ice collecting and taking device. The device comprises an ice surface lifting mechanism, an extension adjusting mechanism, a plate folding mechanism, and an ice taking mechanism; the extension adjusting mechanism is fixedly mounted on the ice surface lifting mechanism; the plate folding mechanism is mounted on the extension adjusting mechanism; and the ice taking mechanism is mounted on the plate folding mechanism. According to the ice collecting and taking device, ice can be stably taken down from a river surface, the separation phenomenon cannot occur, and the device can be adjusted according to the size of ice blocks, so that the situation that the ice blocks cannot incline in the taking-out process is guaranteed, and the ice blocks can stably ascend.

本发明涉及采冰装置，更具体的说是一种采冰取冰装置，包括冰面升降机构、延展调整机构、折板机构和取冰机构，所述的延展调整机构固定安装在冰面升降机构上，折板机构安装在延展调整机构上，取冰机构安装在折板机构上；本装置能够稳定的将冰从江面上取下，不会出现脱离的现象，装置能够根据冰块的大小进行调整，保证冰块在取出的过程中不会发生倾斜，能够稳定的上升。
