The pile foundation construction monitoring deviceparticularly comprises a satellite signal receiver, a foundation enhancement system base station and an information processing system; a global satellite navigation system is used for positioning a pile driver head to obtain satellite observation data; the satellite signal receiver is mounted above a power device in a pile driver, and used for obtaining the satellite observation data fed back by the global satellite navigation system in real time; the information processing system is used for decoding the satellite observation data and then acquiring state information of the pile driver; and the satellite observation data comprises time and the coordinate position of the pile driver head. The state information of the pile driver comprises the pile length, the drilling speed and the perpendicularity of the pile. Real-time control over the working state of the pile machine is achieved, and then the pile forming quality is improved.
