The invention discloses a main body structure of a green and environment-friendly fabricated building. The main body structure comprises a foundation bottom plate, wall plates and a top plate, whereinthe plurality of wall plates are arranged at the upper end of the foundation bottom plate, heat preservation layers and sound insulation layers are arranged in the wall plates, and the top plate is arranged at the upper ends of the wall plates. When the main body structure is used, the wall plates are pushed into a fixed frame corresponding to guide strips, the wall plates can be conveniently moved through arranged rolling wheels and wheel grooves, and time and labor are saved; a movable door is opened, a rotating rod is inserted into a clamping groove, the rotating rod is rotated to drive arotating shaft, a second bevel gear, a first bevel gear and a screw rod to rotate, the screw rod drives limiting plates on the two sides to get close to each other, so that the limiting plates are inserted into limiting grooves; and the operation is carried out in sequence, so that the four wall plates can be fixed on the foundation bottom plate, then the height of the wall plates is selected to be increased according to actual needs, the wall plates are fixed through fixing plates, finally the top plate is fixed on the wall plates through fixing bolts, and the assembly of the building is completed; and the installation and the disassembly are convenient, and therefore the working efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种绿色环保装配式建筑的主体结构,包括基础底板、墙板和顶板,所述基础底板上端设有若干墙板,墙板内设有保温层和隔音层,墙板上端设有顶板。本发明使用时,将墙板对应导向条推动至固定框架内,设置的滚轮和轮槽方便墙板的移动,较为省时省力,打开活动门将转杆插装在卡槽内,转动转杆带动转轴、锥齿轮二、锥齿轮一和螺杆转动,螺杆带动两侧限位板相互靠近,使限位板插装在限位槽内,依次上述操作,即可将四块墙板均固定在基础底板上,再根据实际需要选择对墙板的高度进行添加,通过固定板固定,最后通过固定螺栓将顶板固定在墙板上,完成建筑的装配,安装和拆卸均较为方便,从而提高了工作效率。
