The invention discloses a main body structure of a green and environment-friendly fabricated building, and belongs to the technical field of main body structures of fabricated buildings. The main body structure comprises rectangular frames used as an outer wall structure, baffle plates are fixedly arranged on two side walls of the rectangular frames, the rectangular frames and the baffle plates can form a cavity for accommodating water, and pairing devices used for circularly communicating with the multiple rectangular frames are arranged on the two side walls of the rectangular frames. The problems that an existing fabricated building wall usually adopts an integrated building design, the heat preservation and heat insulation effect of a building is poor due to the fact that wall bodies need to be transferred and hoisted and the wall bodies are designed to be too thin are solved; and secondly, the problem that indoor part is in a high-temperature state due to the fact that although small parts of the wall bodies adopting the cavity design can play a role in reducing the weight and preserving heat and insulating heat to a certain extent, the closed cavity further needs to be cooled by the same heat exchange after the wall bodies are heated is solved.
