High-altitude component hoisting construction method
The invention provides a high-altitude component hoisting construction method. The method comprises the following steps that steel structure supporting rib plates and steel structure stand columns areinstalled and connected at the ground position; waterproof resin plates are installed on the two sides of the steel structure supporting rib plates to form steel components; two adjacent steel components are fixedly connected together through integral hoisting; and concrete is poured to reinforce connection of the steel components. In an actual implementation process, the steel components are assembled on the ground to be integrally hoisted, the construction process is effectively accelerated, long-time high-altitude operation of personnel is avoided, the construction safety is improved, meanwhile, after the concrete is poured, a wall body is thickened through the concrete and the waterproof resin plates, the bearing capacity of the steel structure wall body is effectively improved, the connecting points of the steel components can be effectively reinforced after the concrete is solidified, and the steel components are connected more firmly.
本发明提出一种高空构件起吊施工方法,包括以下步骤:在地面位置对钢结构支撑筋板与钢结构立柱进行安装连接;安装防水树脂板于钢结构支撑筋板两侧组成钢构件;通过整体吊装使两相邻钢构件固定连接在一起;浇筑混凝土加固钢构件的连接;在实际实施过程中,通过在地面组装钢构件进行整体吊装,有效的加快了施工进程,避免人员长时间高空作业,提高了施工的安全性;同时在浇灌混凝土后,混凝土与防水树脂板使墙体增厚,有效的提高了钢结构墙体的承重能力,混凝土凝固后能有效的强化钢构件的连接点,使钢构件连接更加牢固。
