The invention discloses an anti-blocking dredging device for municipal road engineering. The anti-blocking dredging device structurally comprises a base, a pump body and a flange, wherein the pump body is vertically welded to the top of the base; the flange is horizontally installed on the left side of the bottom; the pump body is provided with a bearing, a sealing plate, an impeller and a clearing mechanism; and the bearing is arranged in the pump body. Because a little amount of troubled liquor stays on the surface of the impeller in the pump body, liquid is collected by a water accumulationtank in the clearing mechanism and then ejected towards the top of the impeller, silt on the surface of the impeller and the sewage staying on the surface of the impeller are impacted to flow, accordingly, much less cement is solidified on the surface of the impeller, the force which the impeller withstands is further reduced to increase the rotation speed of the impeller, and the sewage pumpingand discharging speed is increased. Since a little amount of solidified cement cannot be separated from the top of the impeller because of the impact force of the liquid, the silt and the liquid on the top of the impeller are cleared up through scraper blades of a scraper; the materials on the top of the impeller are easily cleared up thoroughly; the rotation speed of the impeller is increased; and the liquid pumping and conveying speed is increased.
