The invention discloses a municipal road engineering anti-blocking desilting device which comprises a base, a walking assembly, a first crushing part, a second crushing part and a power part. The first crushing part comprises a connecting section, a crushing section and a first spiral blade spirally arranged outside the crushing section. The second crushing part comprises a crushing sleeve rotationally arranged outside the connecting section in a sleeving mode and a second spiral blade spirally arranged outside the crushing sleeve. One end of the crushing sleeve is rotationally connected to the base, and the other end of the crushing sleeve and the connecting section are arranged in a sealed mode. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the base is placed into a drainage pipe hole before dirt suction, and the whole device is driven by the walking assembly to move downwards.
