The invention belongs to the field of curing agents and relates to a concrete curing agent and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process is capable of quickly preparing the concrete curing agent. The preparation process of the concrete curing agent comprises the following steps of: S1, respectively putting raw materials which are added by several times into two grinding assemblies togrind the raw materials for later use; S2, starting a driving assembly to automatically add a first batch of raw materials to a mixing assembly for the first time; S3, after a period of time, automatically adding a second batch of raw materials into the mixing assembly for the first time, performing mixing and outputting an obtained mixture into a storage assembly; and S4, continuously stirring the materials in the storage assembly, and adding the first batch of raw materials into the mixing assembly for the second time. The concrete curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials inparts by weight: 30 parts of potassium silicate, 5 parts of a dispersing agent, 3 parts of a defoaming agent, 6 parts of an anti-permeability agent, 1 part of a stabilizer, 1 part of an accelerant, 5parts of a surfactant, 4 parts of a surface modifier and 45 parts of water.
