Concrete dual-repairing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete dual-repairing agent and a preparation method thereof. The dual-repairing agent also comprises the following components: cement, aggregate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, borax, epoxy emulsified asphalt, an SBS modifier, sodium pyrophosphate, a water reducing agent, water and repairing microcapsules. The invention also provides the preparation method of the concrete dual-repairing agent. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the repairing microcapsules; S2, pretreating the aggregate, and adding the water reducing agent to obtain an auxiliary primary material; S3, mixing the cement, the monopotassium phosphate, the borax, the epoxy emulsified asphalt and the microcapsules in proportion, adding the water, and performing stirring until themixture is viscous to obtain a repairing primary material; and S4, mixing the auxiliary primary material with the repairing primary material to obtain a mixed primary material, and adding the SBS modifier and the sodium pyrophosphate in proportion to obtain a repair molding material. The concrete dual-repairing agent is small in corrosion to metal in concrete and high in leakage resistance and cohesiveness, contains the self-repairing microcapsules, can achieve dual repairing of a cement-based material, improves durability and can prolong the service life.
本发明公开了一种混凝土双重修复剂及制备方法，还包括以下组分：水泥、集料、磷酸二氢钾、硼砂、环氧乳化沥青、SBS改性剂、焦磷酸钠、减水剂、水、修复微胶囊，还提供一种混凝土双重修复剂制备方法，包括以下步骤：S1：制备修复微胶囊；S2：对集料进行预处理，并加入减水剂得到辅助初料；S3：将水泥、磷酸二氢钾、硼砂、环氧乳化沥青和微胶囊按比例混合，并加水搅拌至粘稠状得到修复初料；S4：将辅助初料混合修复初料得到混合初料，再按比例加入SBS改性剂、焦磷酸钠得到修复成型料。上述混凝土双重修复剂对混凝土内部金属腐蚀性小，防渗漏和粘结性强，且含有自修复微胶囊，能实现水泥基材料双重修复，提高耐久性，可延长使用寿命。
