The invention discloses a concrete crack self-repairing agent which comprises the following components: cement, coarse bone meal, fine bone meal, mineral powder, water, a urea solution, silica fume, nano silicon dioxide and a polycarboxylate water reducing agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the concrete crack self-repairing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing 360-410 parts by mass of cement, 890-990 parts by mass of coarse bone meal, 650-790 parts by mass of fine bone meal, 150-200 parts by mass of mineral powder, 220-330 parts by mass of water, 12-15 parts by mass of a urea solution, 16-21 parts by mass of silica fume, 2-6 parts by mass of a polycarboxylate water reducer, 11-16 parts by mass of vitamin C and nano-silica. After the polycarboxylate water reducer and the vitamin C are added into the concrete crack self-repairing agent, the performance of the concrete crack self-repairing agent is more stable, and the concrete crack self-repairing agent is not easy to react with air. The concrete crack self-repairing agent can be obtained by mixing the raw materials in a certain proportion according to a specific adding sequence and through simple steps, and the preparation method is relatively simple in process and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种混凝土裂缝自修复剂,包括如下组分:水泥、粗骨粉、细骨粉、矿粉、水、尿素溶液、硅灰、纳米二氧化硅、聚羧酸盐减水剂。本发明还公开上述混凝土裂缝自修复剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按质量比准备水泥360‑410份、粗骨粉890‑990份、细骨粉650‑790份、矿粉150‑200份、水220‑330份、尿素溶液12‑15、硅灰16‑21份、聚羧酸盐减水剂2‑6份、维生素C11‑16份、纳米二氧化硅。本发明通过在混凝土裂缝自修复剂中添加了聚羧酸盐减水剂和维生素C后,使混凝土裂缝自修复剂的性能更加稳定,不易于空气发生反应。本发明将一定比例的原料按照特定的加入顺序混合,经过简单的步骤即可得到混凝土裂缝自修复剂,而且该制备方法的工艺相对简单,且成本较低。
