The invention relates to the technical field of building filling materials, in particular to a preparation method of a material for a light gypsum brick. The preparation method comprises the followingsteps: adding the ardealite, the cement and the slag into a stirring container of a neat paste stirrer together, stirring paste powder for 5 minutes, injecting into a mold for molding, taking out bubbles in neat paste in the molding process by adopting a vibrating method, standing for 1 day, demolding, and curing in a curing chamber with the temperature of (20 +/-5) DEG C and the humidity of 90%,obtaining the ardealite slag cement composite gel material at the age of 3d, 7d and 28d, wherein the ardealite slag cement fly ash composite gel material, the ardealite straw light mortar material and the light gypsum brick material are prepared by adopting the same method. The phosphogypsum is used as a main raw material to prepare the light wall material, and a series of modifications are performed on the light wall material, so that the energy-saving and environment-friendly wall material with high strength, light weight and good thermal insulation property is obtained, the requirements ofpeople on the light wall material are met, and the development requirements of the current building material field are met.
本发明涉及建筑填充材料技术领域,具体涉及一种轻质石膏砖用材料的制备方法。制备方法为:将磷石膏、水泥以及矿渣一起加入净浆搅拌机的搅拌容器中进行浆粉搅拌5min后注入模具中进行成型,采用振捣的方法取出成型过程中净浆中的气泡,静置1d后脱模,放入(20±5)℃和湿度为90%的养护室内养护,获得3d、7d、28d龄期磷石膏‑矿渣‑水泥复合凝胶材料,然后以同样方法制备磷石膏‑矿渣‑水泥‑粉煤灰复合凝胶材料、磷石膏‑秸秆轻质砂浆材料以及轻质石膏砖用材料。本发明以磷石膏为主要原料制备轻质墙体材料,并对其进行一系列改性,获得强度高、质量轻、保温性能好的节能环保墙体材料,满足人们对轻质墙体材料的需求,符合当前建材领域的发展要求。
