Hybrid matrix SiCf/SiC composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a hybrid matrix SiCf/SiC composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the steps that a SiC fiber prefabricated part is pretreated, and a PyC interface layer or a BN interface layer is deposited on the surface of the SiC fiber prefabricated part; the SiC fiber prefabricated part with the interface layer deposited is placed in a SiC deposition furnace, hydrogen bubbling trichloromethylsilane serves as source gas, argon serves as diluent gas, and an intermediate with a CVI SiC matrix deposited is obtained; and the intermediate is socked in a polycarbosilane solution in vacuum to obtain a PIP SiC matrix, and the PIP cycle period is repeated for 5-6 times to obtain the hybrid matrix SiCf/SiC composite material. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the closed-cell rate of the prepared composite material is remarkably reduced, the density and microstructure uniformity of the composite material are improved, and the mechanicalproperty and performance stability of the composite material are remarkably improved.
本发明提供了一种混杂基体SiCf/SiC复合材料及其制备方法,所述方法包括:对SiC纤维预制件进行预处理,并在SiC纤维预制件的表面沉积一层PyC界面层或BN界面层;将沉积界面层的SiC纤维预制件放置在SiC沉积炉中,以氢气鼓泡三氯甲基硅烷作为源气,氩气为稀释气体,得到沉积有CVI SiC基体的中间体;将中间体真空浸渍在聚碳硅烷溶液中,得到PIP SiC基体,同时重复PIP循环周期5~6次,即得混杂基体SiCf/SiC复合材料。本发明方法显著降低了制备复合材料的闭孔率,提高了其致密度以及显微组织均匀性,其力学性能、性能稳定得到了显著提高。
