Preparation method of high-specific-surface-area ceramic hollow spheres
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic hollow spheres, and discloses a preparation method of the ceramic hollow spheres with high specific surface area, which comprises the followingsteps: 1) preparing water-based slurry with solid phase content of 30wt% by using alumina sol nanoparticles as a raw material; 2) adding short-chain amphiphilic molecule modified particles with the specific gravity of a sol suspension of 0.6 wt% into the water-based slurry, and adjusting the pH value of the sol suspension to 3.8; and 3) mixing the prepared water-based slurry with octane, and stirring the mixture at a speed of 300 rpm in a stirrer. The preparation method has the advantages that the water-based slurry is mixed with a certain proportion of octane, and then the super-stable microemulsion is obtained through mechanical stirring; the prepared microemulsion is put into a dropper and dropwise added into an alkaline solution, gelled emulsion drops are obtained, the hollow sphere material can be obtained after the gelled emulsion drops are dried and sintered. The specific surface area of the hollow sphere material reaches up to 200-410 m2/g; and a plurality of spherical pore structures are arranged in the catalyst, so that the use effect of the catalyst in the fields of loading, catalysis, slow release and the like can be improved to a large extent.
本发明涉及陶瓷空心球技术领域,且公开了一种高比表面积陶瓷空心球的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)以铝溶胶纳米颗粒为原料制备出固相含量为30wt%的水基浆料;2)在水基浆料中添加溶胶悬浮体比重为0.6wt%的短链两亲分子修饰颗粒,将溶胶悬浮体的pH调节至3.8;3)将制成的水基浆料和辛烷混合,并通过搅拌机以300rpm的速度搅拌。本发明的优点在于:通过水基浆料和一定比例的辛烷混合,通过机械搅拌得到超稳定的微乳液,将所制备的乳液装入滴管,逐滴加入到碱性溶液中,得到凝胶化的乳滴,凝胶乳滴干燥烧结后即可获得空心球材料,空心球材料其比表面积高达200~410m2/g,其内部具有多个球形孔结构,可以大范围提高其在负载、催化与缓释等领域的使用效果。
