The invention provides a cast-in-situ bored pile treatment construction method during breaking. The method comprises the following steps of performing layered and segmented coring on the central partof upper-part concrete of a broken cast-in-situ bored pile through a concrete coring machine, and removing coring concrete one by one until reaching the top of the broken pile, so as to form a centralhole from the pile top downwards to a broken pile cavity in the cast-in-situ bored pile, wherein the diameter phi of the central hole is 50-70 cm; chiseling away laitance on the upper and lower concrete surfaces at the broken pile position and a reinforcement cage at the broken pile position through an electric hammer by an operator or robot when the operator or robot is lowered into the centralhole; clearing the laitance at the broken pile position and then transporting the same to the outside of the center hole; and extending a steel guide pipe into the center hole to the broken pile position, and continuously pouring concrete through the steel guide pipe, so that the center hole and the broken pile cavity are filled with concrete with the same label as the original design. According to the method, the whole pile does not need to be removed, it is only required to perform coring and hole forming on the original cast-in-place pile, then the concrete fills the hole, and thus the construction cost is low, the speed is high, the energy is saved, the noise is reduced, and a better environment-friendly effect is achieved.
本发明提供一种钻孔灌注桩断桩处理施工方法,通过混凝土取芯机对钻孔灌注桩断桩的上部份混凝土的中心部分进行分层分段取芯,逐个移除取芯混凝土直至抵达断桩顶部,以在钻孔灌注桩内形成自桩顶向下至断桩空洞的中心孔洞,中心孔洞的直径为Φ50~70cm;由人工或机器人下至中心孔洞内,使用电锤将断桩位置的上下混凝土面和断桩处的钢筋笼上的浮浆凿除;对断桩处的浮浆进行清理后运出所述中心孔洞;将钢导管伸入中心孔洞至断桩处,通过钢导管连续灌注混凝土使中心孔洞和断桩空洞内充满与原设计同标号的混凝土。本发明不需要去除全桩,只需在原有灌注桩中取芯成孔,然后填充混凝土即可,施工成本低、速度快,而且节能降噪,更加环保。
