The invention relates to an underground structure anti-seismic toughness structure system, and belongs to the technical field of structure seismic resistance. The system is used for reducing reactionand residual deformation of an underground structure in an earthquake, realizes quick recovery of a structure function after the earthquake through self-resetting force of dampers, and comprises enclosure structures, the underground structure, embedded parts and the dampers, wherein the enclosure structures are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the structure, fertilizer grooves are formed between the enclosure structures and the underground structure, an underground structure bottom plate and the enclosure structures are poured together, the embedded parts are arranged on the enclosure structures and side walls of the underground structure, the displacement type dampers are connected between the enclosure structures and the side walls of the underground structure through the embedded parts, the dampers are horizontally arranged, and the damping distance and parameters depend on the horizontal rigidity of a surrounding rock-soil body and the maximum allowable deformation ofthe underground structure and the surrounding rock-soil body.
