The invention relates to an intelligent building comprehensive management system comprising a tap water use unit, a reclaimed water use unit, a tap water supply unit, a sewage treatment unit and a central control unit; the tap water use amount is determined through a water use reference value in rooms; when the water reference value is determined, a water use reference value coefficient is determined in combination with the per capita water use amount of the city, a generation value of the reclaimed water amount is determined according to the water use amount of tap water, otherwise, the watersupply amount of the reclaimed water tank of each room is determined; and the actual water supply amount and the actual total amount are compared with the preliminarily determined water supply amountand the preliminarily determined total amount of the reclaimed water tank, and the water supply amount of the reclaimed water tank is adjusted, so that accurate control over a building is achieved, waste of water resources is reduced, reclaimed water is fully used, and the reasonable distribution capacity of water resource management is improved.
本发明涉及一种智能楼宇综合管理系统,包括自来水使用单元,中水使用单元,自来水供应单元,污水处理单元和中控单元,通过房间内用水参考值对自来水用水水量进行确定,在对用水参考值进行确定时,结合城市人均用水水量对用水参考值系数进行确定,并根据自来水用水水量对中水水量的产生值进行确定,再反之对每个房间的中水箱的上水水量进行确定,并通过实际与初步确定的中水箱的上水水量和总量进行比较,对中水箱的上水水量进行调整,从而实现楼宇的精准控制,减少水资源的浪费,对中水进行充分的使用,提高管理水资源的合理分配能力。
