The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a constructional cementing material and a preparation method and application thereof, and concrete and a preparation method thereof. The constructional cementing material provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-60 parts of steel slag, 20-40 parts of mineral powder, 10-20 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 2-5 parts of rice hull ash, 3-6 parts of calcium hydroxide and 0.3-2.7 parts of an excitant. According to the invention, the steel slag, the mineral powder, the desulfurized gypsum, the rice hull ash, the calcium hydroxide and the excitant are taken as main raw materials, and the rice hull ash is added, so the strength of the cementing material is effectively improved,the use ratio of the steel slag is greatly increased, and the obtained constructional cementing material can meet construction strength requirements in practice; and the constructional cementing material can effectively overcome the problem of environmental pollution caused by stacking of the steel slag, reduce the use of raw materials for constructional cement, decrease the raw material cost ofthe constructional cementing material, and realizes the purposes of solid waste reutilization, energy conservation and environmental protection.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种建筑胶凝材料及其制备方法和应用、混凝土及其制备方法。本发明提供了一种建筑用胶凝材料,按照质量份数计,包括以下组分:钢渣30~60份,矿粉20~40份,脱硫石膏10~20份,稻壳灰2~5份,氢氧化钙3~6份,激发剂0.3~2.7份。本发明以钢渣、矿粉、脱硫石膏、稻壳灰、氢氧化钙和激发剂为主要原料,通过添加稻壳灰,有效提高了胶凝材料强度,从而使钢渣的使用比例大幅增加,得到的建筑用胶凝材料在实际中能够满足施工强度需求,不仅能有效的解决钢渣堆放造成的环境污染问题,而且减少了建筑用水泥原料的使用,降低了建筑胶凝材料原料成本,实现了固废再利用和节能环保的双重目的。
