The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete wallboard. The prefabricated concrete wallboard comprises a concrete board body and an omega-shaped hanging ring; the hanging ring is located at the top of the concrete board body; tie bars are arranged on two sides of the concrete board body; two layers of constructional ribs and two layers of steel wire meshes are arranged in the concrete slab body; the constructional ribs comprise transverse steel bars and longitudinal steel bars; and the steel wire meshes are located on the outer sides of the constructional ribs. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a formwork; 2) binding the steel bars; 3) pouring concrete; 4) maintaining; and 5) demolding. Compared with the prior art, the wallboard and the method have the advantages that the structure is simple, construction is convenient, construction labor and cost are reduced, plastering work is omitted, wall cracking and later maintenance time and cost are reduced, the method and primary structural concrete are constructed at the same time, the anti-seismic property of the structure is improved, the energy conservation and emission reduction effects are good,environmental protection is better achieved, indoor environmental pollution is reduced, the thickness is small, the use area is increased, the space utilization rate is increased, and wall leakage isreduced.
