The invention provides a prefabricated concrete wallboard and a system and a manufacturing method thereof. The prefabricated concrete wallboard comprises a wallboard body and a reinforcing mesh cage and further comprises a solid wall body and a hollow wall body located below the solid wall body. The reinforcing mesh cage is arranged in the wallboard main body; the reinforcing mesh cage comprises a plurality of reserved joint bars, and the reserved joint bars extend out of the wallboard main body and can be inserted into hollow cavities of hollow wall bodies of other prefabricated concrete wallboards. The cavities are reserved in the prefabricated concrete wallboards, after positioning and mounting, the reserved joint bars of the prefabricated concrete wallboard on the lower layer are inserted into the hollow wall body of the prefabricated concrete wallboard on the upper layer, the two prefabricated concrete wallboards are vertically connected in a concrete post-pouring mode, the amount of needed post-pouring concrete is small, so that it is easy to operate. The construction efficiency is higher than that of a connection mode adopting a grouting sleeve, and compared with a double-face superimposed shear wall system, the workload of post-pouring concrete is reduced.
本发明提供一种预制混凝土墙板及其系统和制作方法,包括墙板主体和钢筋网笼,包括实心墙体和位于所述实心墙体下方的空心墙体;钢筋网笼设置在所述墙板主体内,所述钢筋网笼包括多根预留插筋,所述预留插筋伸出所述墙板主体外、并能够插入其他预制混凝土墙板的空心墙体的空心腔内。在预制混凝土墙板上预留出空腔,在定位安装后,下层的预制混凝土墙板的预留插筋插入上层的预制混凝土墙板的空心墙体内,并通过后浇混凝土的方式将两个预制混凝土墙板进行竖向连接,所需的后浇混凝土量少,操作简单,施工效率高于采用灌浆套筒的连接方式,与双面叠合剪力墙体系相比减少了后浇混凝土的作业量。
