The prefabricated stairway lifting appliance comprises a horizontal frame, a plurality of pull cables, a top part and a plurality ofconcentration cables, wherein a plurality of movable lifting lugs are arranged on the horizontal frame and are arranged in multiple rows and multiple columns, the distances between the movable lifting lugs in the same row are adjustable, and the distances between the movable lifting lugs in the same column are adjustable; the top ends of the pull cables are connected to the movable lifting lugs respectively, and the bottom ends of the pull cables are used for being connected with a prefabricated stairway; the top part is located above the horizontal frame; and the bottom ends of the concentration cables are dispersedly connected to the horizontal frame, and the upper ends of the concentration cables are connected to the top part. According to the prefabricated stairway lifting appliance,prefabricated stairways with various specifications and different suspension point positions can be lifted, convenience and quickness are achieved, and the cost of the lifting appliance is saved. Andirreversible structural damage to the prefabricated stairway in the hoisting process can be avoided.
