The invention discloses a lifting appliance for building prefabricated parts. The lifting appliance comprises a lifting head frame, multiple groups of lifting hooks are arranged at the bottom of the lifting head frame; hanging plates are hung on the hanging hooks; a first driving piece and a hanging piece are arranged on the hanging plate; the multiple sets of suspension parts are arranged, and the distance is adjusted through the first driving part. The suspension piece comprises a first motor; the first motor is slidably arranged on the hanging plate through being matched with the first driving piece, and a main shaft of the first motor is connected with the upper end of the hanging frame; a suspension opening is formed in the lower end of the suspension frame, cylinders are arranged on two sides of the upper end of the suspension frame, and first clamping plates are arranged on two sides; guide grooves are formed in the two sides of the suspension opening; telescopic rods of the two air cylinders extend into the guide grooves in the corresponding sides and are connected with the two ends of the second clamping plate. The multifunctional hoisting device is flexible in use mode, diversified in function, high in applicability, wide in application range and beneficial to assembly construction of building prefabricated components, and the hoisting requirements of the prefabricated components of different sizes and different shapes are met.
