The dielectric constant of the modified PTFE composite dielectric material is 2.0 to 2.5, the loss factor is 0.0015 to 0.002, the thermal conductivity is 0.45 W/m.K to 0.82 W/m.K, the thermal expansion coefficient is 40 to 120 ppm/DEG C, and the modified PTFE composite dielectric material has low dielectric constant, low loss factor, low thermalexpansion coefficient and high thermal conductivity.
