The invention discloses a hybrid power steel rail grinding wagon which comprises a first wagon, a second wagon, a third wagon, a fourth wagon and a fifth wagon which are sequentially connected, wherein a first generator set, a second generator set, a fourth generator set and a fifth generator set are sequentially arranged in the first wagon, the second wagon, the fourth wagon and the fifth wagon;a traction transformer connected with the pantograph; a rectifier cabinet arranged in the third section of vehicle, wherein the rectifier cabinet comprises a first rectifier, a second rectifier, a third rectifier and a fourth rectifier which are correspondingly connected with generator sets; a fifth to eighth rectifiers connected with the traction transformer; a traction inverters connected with the first rectifier and the fifth rectifier; b polishing inverters connected with the second rectifier and the sixth rectifier; c polishing inverters connected with the third rectifier and the seventhrectifier; d traction inverters connected with the fourth rectifier and the eighth rectifier; a traction motor; and a grinding head. Pantograph power supply is used as a default power supply mode. Byapplying the scheme, the running environment of the steel rail grinding wagon is improved, the running and maintenance cost is reduced, and the running and operation reliability is improved.
