The invention relates to a rolling rock-fill dam construction technology. The rolling rock-fill dam construction technology comprises the following construction steps that stones are transported intoa site and then discharged; a plurality of parallel lines are marked on the flattened stone; the stone is pre-ground; before grinding, a scraping plate is arranged in front of a grinding roller of a vibration grinder, a through groove is formed in the side, close to the vibration grinder, of the scraping plate, then in the grinding process, the scraping plate shovels the high portion of a rock-fill body, the through groove is aligned with the low portion when meeting the low portion, stone shoveled to the scraping plate falls out of the through groove, and grinding is repeated for 3-5 times until the scraping plate does not have the state of shoveling a large amount of stone any more; and the rock-fill body is formed after grinding is finished, and the rock-fill body is enabled to automatically settle for 5-7 days. The rolling rock-fill dam construction technology has the effects that the surface height of the rock-fill body can be conveniently controlled in the stone rolling process,and the construction efficiency is improved.
