The device comprises a main body box; a sealing top disc is arranged in the main body box; the left side of the sealing top disc is communicated with a sliding block cavity; a long sliding block extending leftwards into the sealing top disc is connected with the interior of the sliding block cavity in a sliding fit mode; and a rack is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the long sliding block. A transmission leadscrew rotates to drive a rubber sealing cover to move upwards to abut against the sealing top disc, so that the rubber sealing cover is opened to seal the sewage drainage pipe. Gas in the pipe is exhausted through an exhaust cavity in cooperation with left-right reciprocating motion of a piston block, so that the pressure is continuously increased, and the pressure borne by the blockages is continuously increased until dredging is achieved. Meanwhile, reversing is controlled through a reversing electromagnet, and a elastic filter screen drives the blockages to fall into sundry collecting equipment from a sundry exhaust cavity, so that the blockages are prevented from falling down along with the drainage pipe and producing secondary clogging.
