Lime kiln injection control system
The invention discloses a lime kiln injection control system. The system comprises kiln chambers and two vertically arranged injection tanks, wherein the two injection tanks are communicated through aguide pipe, the tops of the injection tanks are fixedly communicated with pulverized coal conveying pipelines, the tops of the two injection tanks are fixedly communicated with exhaust pipes respectively, and the exhaust pipes are in threaded connection with an exhaust dome valve and a main exhaust valve. A rotary feeder is provided with a weighing metering system, the actual injection speed is calculated through the weighing controller by means of PID control and is compared with a blowing speed set by the control system, and then the actual injection speed reaches the set value by adjustingthe rotating speed of a motor of the rotary feeder, so that the injection precision is guaranteed; moreover, the injection quantity of materials can be adjusted through an operation picture, and theinjection speed is controlled by PID; and meanwhile, the effect of controlling the injection speed by setting three important parameters, namely pre-charging pressure, starting frequency time and starting frequency, through an initial lead determination method in the early stage of injection is more remarkable.
本发明公开了一种石灰窑喷吹控制系统,包括窑膛和竖直设置的两个喷吹罐,两个所述喷吹罐之间通过导管连通,所述喷吹罐的的顶部固定连通有煤粉输送管道,两个所述喷吹罐的顶部均固定连通有排气管,所述排气管上螺纹连接有排气圆顶阀和总排气阀。本发明中旋转给料器安装了称重计量系统,通过称重控制器,PID控制计算出实际喷吹速度,与控制系统设定的喷吹速度比较后,再通过调整旋转给料机电机转速,使实际喷吹速度达到设定值,保证喷吹精度,并且物料的喷吹量可通过操作画面调节,喷吹速度受PID控制,同时在喷吹前期通过提前量确定法,设定预充压力、启动频率时间和启动频率三个重要参数来控制喷吹速度效果更佳显著。
