The invention discloses a lime kiln nodulation control method which comprises the following steps: controlling lime components: strictly controlling the quality of a limestone raw material, possibly causing unstable quality of the limestone raw material due to unfixed limestone suppliers, sampling and inspecting the raw material limestone, tracking the quality condition of the raw material, and once a quality problem occurs, controlling the content of the limestone; the method comprises the following steps: immediately stopping raw materials from entering a kiln body, properly reducing the coal gas proportion, increasing the flow rate of combustion-supporting air entering the kiln, emphatically implementing corresponding screening links, comprehensively improving the quality requirements of the raw materials, and combining actual effective control cooling measures to meet the requirements of increasing the number of times of pushing and discharging ash at a high temperature point in the coal gas reduction process; and meanwhile, the material pushing times of the points on the two sides need to be properly increased, and the mode can effectively and comprehensively guarantee that the tumor blocks in the kiln are timely removed and are prevented from being further increased.
本发明公开了一种石灰窑结瘤控制方法,控制石灰成分:严格控制石灰石原材料的质量,由于石灰石供应商不固定,所以可能出现石灰石原料质量不稳定的情况,所以要对原料石灰石进行抽样检验,跟踪原料的质量情况,一旦发生质量问题,立刻停止原料进入窑体,适当减少煤气配比加大助燃风入窑流量,重点落实相应的筛选环节,全面提升原料的质量要求,结合实际有效控制降温措施,满足煤气减少的过程中,还应加强温度点高的推料出灰次数,同时也要适当增大两侧的点的推料次数,这种方式能有效全面保障及时排除窑内瘤块,避免其进一步增大。
