The invention relates to a preparation method of geopolymer concrete based on complete utilization of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregate waste. The method comprises the following steps: in the first stage, adding recycled coarse aggregate with the particle size range of 4.75-31.5 mm and recycled fine aggregate with the particle size range of 2.36-4.75 mm, and adding water accounting for about 3%-4%of the mass of the two recycled aggregates for mixing to ensure that the recycled aggregates fully absorb water; in the second stage, adding coal ash, recycled fine aggregate with the particle size range of 0.00-2.36 mm and cement and fully mixing materials to wrapping the surface of the recycled coarse aggregate with a layer of thin mortar, enabling the mortar to permeate into the porous old cement mortar to fill cracks and gaps of the porous old cement mortar, and improving the compactness of the recycled aggregate; and in the third stage, adding an alkali activator to complete the stirringprocess, finally obtaining the geopolymer concrete based on complete utilization of the lime-fly ash gravel waste, and enabling the strength of the geopolymer concrete to reach C20 or above; according to the method, the current situation of resource shortage can be relieved, environmental pollution caused by powder waste is reduced, and the defect that the setting and hardening rate of the fly ash alkali-activated material is relatively low under the normal temperature condition can be overcome.
本发明涉及一种基于二灰碎石废料完全利用的地聚物混凝土的制备方法,第一阶段加入粒径范围为4.75‑31.5mm的再生粗骨料和粒径范围为2.36‑4.75mm的再生细骨料,再加入两种再生骨料质量的3%‑4%左右的水进行混合使再生骨料充分吸水;第二阶段加入粉煤灰、粒径范围为0.00‑2.36mm的再生细骨料及水泥充分拌合,使再生粗骨料表面裹上一层薄的砂浆,砂浆渗透到多孔的旧水泥砂浆中填充其裂缝和空隙,并提高再生骨料的密实度;在第三阶段加入碱激发剂完成搅拌过程,最终得到基于二灰碎石废料完全利用的地聚物混凝土,其强度达C20及以上;本发明不仅可以缓解资源紧缺的现状,减少了粉体废弃造成的环境污染,而且可以弥补粉煤灰质碱激发材料在常温条件下凝结硬化速率较为缓慢的缺点。
