The invention discloses a method for preparing homogeneous porous ceramsite from sludge. The method comprises the following steps: 1) weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-70 parts of sludge, 0-20 parts of fly ash, 20-75 parts of building spoil and silicon carbide accounting for 0.2-4% of the total weight part of sludge, fly ash and building spoil; mixing sludge, optional flyash, building spoil, silicon carbide and water to obtain mixed slurry; 2) carrying out wet ball milling on the mixed slurry, and separating to obtain a ball-milled material; (3) granulating and balling the ball-milled material to obtain ceramsite green balls; and 4) drying and sintering the ceramsite green balls to obtain the homogeneous porous ceramsite. The method can realize effective utilization of sludge coupled fly ash, building spoil and other waste resources, reduces solid waste discharge, has high added value of products, and realizes high-valued utilization of wastes.
本发明公开了一种利用污泥制备均质多孔陶粒的方法,包括:1)按重量份计,称取原料:20份~70份的污泥,0~20份的粉煤灰,20份~75份的建筑弃土,量份为污泥、粉煤灰和建筑弃土总重量份的0.2%~4%的碳化硅;将污泥、可选的粉煤灰、建筑弃土、碳化硅与水混合,得到混合浆料;2)对所述的混合浆料进行湿法球磨,分离,得到球磨后的物料;3)对所述的球磨后的物料进行造粒成球,得到陶粒生球;4)对所述的陶粒生球进行干燥,烧结,得到均质多孔陶粒。本发明的方法可实现污泥耦合粉煤灰、建筑弃土等废弃资源的有效利用,减少固废排放,产品附加值高,实现了废弃物的高值化利用。
