Graphene/carbon nanotube hybrid network reinforced silicon carbide-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a graphene/carbon nanotube hybrid network reinforced silicon carbide-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: stacking slurry containing graphene, carbon nanotubes, polydimethylsiloxane and a curing agent by using a 3D printing technology, and curing to obtain a graphene/carbon nanotube/PDMS directional cubic array; and performing in-situ growth of a SiC matrix in the obtained graphene/carbon nanotube/PDMS directional cubic array by adopting a chemical vapor infiltration process to obtain the graphene/carbonnanotube hybrid network reinforced silicon carbide-based composite material.
本发明涉及一种石墨烯/碳纳米管杂化网络增强碳化硅基复合材料及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括:采用含有石墨烯、碳纳米管、聚二甲基硅氧烷和固化剂的浆料,利用3D打印技术堆积浆料,再经固化,得到石墨烯/碳纳米管/PDMS定向立方阵列;以及采用化学气相渗透工艺在所得石墨烯/碳纳米管/PDMS定向立方阵列中原位生长SiC基体,得到石墨烯/碳纳米管杂化网络增强碳化硅基复合材料。
