The invention discloses an obliquely-arranged road surface grid. The grid comprises a grille body arranged on a road surface, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the road surface, the grille body is obliquely arranged and connected with the inner wall of the mounting groove, a mounting plate is arranged on the lower side wall of the road surface, and a cleaning plate is inserted into the mounting plate; a flow guide opening communicating with the interior of the mounting groove is formed in the outer wall of the mounting plate, a containing opening is formed in the side, close to the flow guide opening, of the cleaning plate, a pedal is slidably embedded in the road surface, a transverse plate located on the lower side wall of the pedal is fixed in the road surface, and a connecting plate penetrating through the transverse plate is fixedly connected to the lower side wall of the pedal; and a lower end of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the end part of the cleaning plate. By means of pedestrians and vehicles, downward movement of the pedal is achieved, movement of the top plate and the impact rod is achieved, impurities accumulated on the surface of the grille bodyare removed, it is guaranteed that the grille body can normally drain rainwater and sewage, and a problem of urban water accumulation is avoided.
