The invention discloses a suspension type obliquely-arranged parking device for an AGV. The suspension type obliquely-arranged parking device comprises a main frame, a vehicle carrying frame and a translation frame upper hanging assembly, wherein the main frame comprises a plurality of vertical columns and at least two parallel hanging beams fixed between the vertical columns, and the hanging beams are provided with guide rails in the length direction thereof; the vehicle carrying frame is used for bearing a to-be-parked vehicle; and the translation frame upper hanging assembly comprises a translation frame supported on the hanging beams, a translation driving mechanism used for driving the translation frame to move along the guide rails of the hanging beams, a hanging frame which is fixedto the translation frame and hinged to the vehicle carrying frame, and a lifting oblique mechanism which is used for lifting and enabling the vehicle carrying frame to rotate to be oblique around thehinged point of the hanging fame. The parking device can enable a to-be-parked vehicle to be parked in an oblique posture and then moved in the horizontal direction, and accordingly, the space of a parking plot is substantially saved.
