The invention relates to an abutment body winter construction maintenance device. The device comprises a base, supporting rings, a heat preservation sleeve and a top plate, wherein a lower portion ofthe top plate is fixedly connected with the edge of the top of the heat preservation sleeve, the multiple supporting rings are sequentially arranged on the heat preservation sleeve from top to bottom,and the base is fixedly arranged on the edge of the bottom of the heat preservation sleeve; the base comprises an elastic heat preservation belt and a plurality of balance weight fixing pieces. The device is advantaged in that supporting rings of different shapes are adopted to adapt to abutment bodies of various shapes, the replacement cost is low, compression storage and storage can be achieved, the transportation cost is low, the two parts are buckled together at the bottom of the abutment body, the side edges of the two half heat preservation plates are buckled together in sequence alongwith rising of the lifting height, and buckling is conducted along with rising of the lifting height; working on the high level is not necessary, construction efficiency is high, and the elastic chassis is not required; the bottom can be sealed according to the terrain through the elastic chassis, and air leakage is not prone to happening; in the maintenance process, the side edge of the heat preservation sleeve can be opened, the internal situation can be checked, and the maintenance quality can be detected.
