The invention discloses a pier maintenance structure which comprises a water pipe, a water tank, a water pump in the water tank, a power source electrically connected with the water pump, a control device, a top frame, a pipe frame, a top lifting rope and a side lifting rope, one end of the water pipe is communicated with a water outlet of the water pump, a plurality of spraying holes are formed in the water pipe, and the other end of the water pipe is sealed and fixed to the top frame. The water pipe is downwards and spirally wound around the pier, the pipe frames are sleeved outside each layer of the water pipe and are correspondingly arranged up and down, the top-layer pipe frame is connected with the top frame through a top lifting rope, and the upper and lower pipe frames are connected through a side lifting rope. The device is uniform in spraying, capable of moving up and down without manpower and electric power, safe to use, capable of adapting to maintenance of piers of different shapes and sizes, capable of being repeatedly used and low in manufacturing and construction cost.
