The invention relates to the technical field of pipe frame fastening devices and particularly relates to a pipe frame fastening device with a self-locking structure for bridge construction. The pipe frame fastening device comprises a device main body, wherein the device main body comprises two pipe frame main bodies, and the outer sides of the pipe frame main bodies are both sleeved with fasteningdevices; and a fixing mechanism is arranged on one side of each fastening device. By arranging the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism, the second limiting plate is clamped in the third cavity, meanwhile, the non-return ratchet piece is attached to one side of the ratchet wheel main body tooth block, and by means of the characteristics of the ratchet wheel main body, the ratchet wheel main body can be prevented from rotating reversely, so the fixed tooth block cannot move, and the ratchet wheel main body is prevented from rotating reversely. The device is advantaged in that the two pipe rack main bodies can be firmly fastened together, firmness of the structure is further improved, meanwhile, a worker can complete self-locking of the two pipe rack main bodies after splicing of the pipe rack main bodies is completed, and working efficiency of the worker is improved.
