The invention discloses a clamping, reinforcing and repairing method for an urban pipeline. A clamping and fixing device is used for repairing the urban pipeline and comprises clamping assemblies andconnecting assemblies, wherein the section of each clamping assembly is in a semi-ring shape, and reinforcing rings which are repeatedly arranged at intervals are arranged on the outer sides of the clamping assemblies; the connecting structure of the clamping assemblies and the connecting assemblies is formed by connecting the plurality of clamping assemblies and the connecting assemblies; after the clamping assemblies are in butt joint, splicing is conducted, and therefore multiple annular structures can be formed and distributed along the urban pipeline; each clamping assembly comprises a clamping piece, wherein the clamping piece is provided with distribution holes and butt joint holes; and the reinforcing rings are repeatedly arranged on the outer sides of the clamping pieces. According to the method, the annular structures can be formed on the outer wall of the urban pipeline, and the urban pipeline is protected; and meanwhile, the urban pipeline is reinforced, the stress strain borne by the urban pipeline is improved, the structural strength of the pipeline is enhanced, and the application range is wider.
