Double-layer synchronous hoisting construction method for large-span precast beam of fabricated industrial factory building
The invention discloses a double-layer synchronous hoisting construction method for large-span precast beams of a fabricated industrial factory building. The method comprises the following steps of 1)constructing a first layer of latticed columns, side span columns, post caps and beam cushions; 2) hoisting all small-span precast main beams and secondary beams; 3) constructing a second floor slabin the area where a small-span beam is located; 4) constructing a second layer of side span columns; 5) hoisting a second layer of latticed columns; 6) hoisting the third layer of small-span precast main beams and secondary beams; 7) alternately hoisting a second layer and a third layer of large-span precast beams; (8) binding outer wrapping reinforced concrete of the second-layer latticed columnsand the post caps and reinforcing steel bars of a second-layer beam-column joint and pouring concrete; and (9) conducting floor slab construction of a second-layer large-span precast beam area and athird-layer overall area. According to the double-layer synchronous hoisting construction method for the large-span precast beam of the fabricated industrial factory building, the hoisting of the large-span precast beams and other components can be quickly completed in a limited site environment, and the efficiency of the production operation of the fabricated building is improved.
