The preparation method comprises the steps of takingbamboo poles and wheat straws as basic raw materials, firstly effectively removing organic matters such as colloid on the surfaces of plants by using an alkaline solution, then using ethanol for mixing, generating gaps in the bamboo poles and wheat straws by using steam explosion, decomposing part of cellulose and the like in the bamboo poles and wheat straws to form effective active groups, thenmixing with urea, mixing with a pretreatment agent through the effects of sealing and the like, combining with the active groups, reacting amino with isocyanate in a modifier, grafting, adding a treatment agent, increasing the mechanical property through a treatment agent, and further reacting with the isocyanate through octadecylamine, so that the nano silicon dioxide and the plant fibers can beeffectively combined, the mechanical property is improved, and the compatibility between the nano silicon dioxide and concrete is further improved through graft modification.
本发明属于水泥材料技术领域,具体涉及一种水泥基墙体材料的制备方法。本发明以竹竿、小麦秸秆作为基础原料,首先利用碱性溶液可以有效去除植物表面的胶质等有机质,再利用乙醇进行混合,通过利用蒸汽爆破使其内部产生空隙,并且使其内部部分纤维素等进行分解,形成有效的活性基团,随后与尿素进行混合,通过密封等作用,再与预处理剂进行混合,同时与活性基团进行结合,随后利用氨基与改性剂中的异氰酸酯进行反应,进行接枝,再加入处理剂,通过处理剂增加力学性能,并且通过十八胺再与异氰酸酯进行进一步的反应,可以有效的实现纳米二氧化硅与植物纤维的结合,提高了力学性能,并且通过接枝改性,进一步增加了与混凝土之间的相容性。
