Construction method of existing bridge bearing platform bottom disengagement treatment structure
The invention relates to a construction method of a disengagement treatment structure at the bottom of an existing bridge bearing platform. The construction method comprises the steps of (1) constructing a bottom filling structure; 2) installing expansion bolts on the side wall of the cavity of the existing bearing platform, and anchoring one end of each prestressed tendon on the corresponding expansion bolt; 3) installing a pressure gauge on the side wall of the cavity of the existing bearing platform; 4) placing a built-in rib frame in the cavity of the existing bearing platform; 5) mountingthe prefabricated non-dismantling formwork, and sealing the cavity; 6) tensioning and anchoring the prestressed tendons; 7) connecting the grouting pipe with a grouting trolley; 8) connecting the outer end of the wire with pressure display equipment; and (9) after the filled concrete reaches the designed strength, dismounting the center hole jack and the tool anchor. The method has the beneficialeffects that the pre-stressed tension is set for the concrete injected into the cavity, so that the bonding strength between the post-injected concrete and the active-service bearing platform can beeffectively improved, and the bearing capacity of the active-service bearing platform is improved.
