The invention discloses a concentrated leakage water gushing blocking method of an underground chamber, relates to the technical field of underground engineering, and provides a treatment method for blocking and repairing a water gushing point so as to solve the problem of leakage water gushing of the underground chamber in the condition of high water pressure, so that safe operation of a buildingand normal operation of subsequent construction projects are guaranteed. According to the technical scheme, the concentrated leakage water gushing blocking method of the underground chamber comprisesthe steps of performing surface layer reinforcement and reinforced grouting first so as to form a cover weight support for top water grouting of a drainage hole; then drilling the drainage hole, andshunting and draining gushing water at the water gushing point, so that the pressure relief effect is achieved, and the water amount of the original water gushing point is reduced; then performing caisson drainage, so that the cover weight can be provided for a grouting hole when the water gushing point is grouted and blocked; then grouting, blocking and reinforcing the water gushing point; then grouting and blocking the drainage hole, and performing a closed water test; and finally, removing a temporary blocking facility of the water gushing point.
