The invention provides a cofferdam bottom gushing water blocking method, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction. The method comprises the steps that a grouting point is determined based on a water gushing point of water gushing at the bottom of the cofferdam, and the grouting point is selected with the water gushing point as the center; a steel sleeve extending upwards is fixed to the grouting point; a steel sleeve is used for guiding the drilling machine to penetrate through the bottom sealing concrete to form grouting holes; and after the inner horizontal plane and the outer horizontal plane of the cofferdam are flush, a coagulant is injected from the grouting holes in a pressing mode to solidify a soil layer below the bottom sealing concrete, and water gushing plugging is achieved. According to the embodiment of the invention, after water bursting occurs at the bottom of the cofferdam, water bursting blocking operation can be rapidly carried out without waiting for water returning of the cofferdam, the water bursting blocking speed is high, the influence of water bursting on the cofferdam construction period is effectively reduced, the construction cost is reduced, and smooth proceeding of bridge engineering construction is promoted.
