The multilayer porous flexible sound absorption and insulation board comprises a sound insulation layer, wherein a sound absorption layer is arranged on at least one side surface of the sound insulation layer and comprises multiple sub sound absorption layers which are overlapped, the bottom sub sound absorption layer is attached to the side surface of the sound insulation layer, through holes are respectively formed in the multiple sub sound absorption layers, the hole diameters of the through holes formed in every two adjacent sub sound absorption layers are different, noise generates friction and heat conduction with the hole walls of the through holes in the through holes, and sound energy is converted into heat energy to be transmitted to the sound absorption layer, so that the noise is weakened, and additionally, the noise generates resonance in the through holes, so that the noise is further absorbed by the sound absorption layer; and when the noise reaches the sound insulation layer after passing through the sound absorption layer, the noise is blocked by the sound insulation layer, and the sound insulation and noise reduction functions of the sound absorption and insulation board are further enhanced.
