The invention provides a fabricated concrete cast-in-place wall heat preservation and fire prevention integrated plate structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a heat preservation and fire prevention wall body, connecting pieces and a concrete wall body, wherein the heat preservation and fire prevention wall body is composed of a plurality of heat preservation and fireprevention composite plate units for concrete cast-in-place, each heat preservation and fire prevention composite plate unit for concrete cast-in-place is at least provided with a rock wool layer andan organic foam plastic layer, the connecting pieces penetrate from the outdoor side to the indoor side of the heat preservation fireproof wall body, and the concrete wall body is formed on the indoorside of the heat preservation fireproof wall body in a cast-in-place mode, the concrete wall body is connected with the heat preservation fireproof wall body in a solidified mode, the connecting strength is enhanced through the FRP connecting pieces, and therefore the heat preservation fireproof outer wall of the building is formed. The structure has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in construction and high structural strength; and moreover, the structure is formed by combining the rock wool with the fireproof grade A and the organic thermal insulation material with the fireproof grade B1, so that the thermal insulation performance is improved, and the structure is light and can meet the 6.7.3
本发明提供一种装配式混凝土现浇墙保温防火一体化板结构及其施工方法,所述结构包括:用多个混凝土现浇用保温防火复合板单元组成保温防火墙体,所述混凝土现浇用保温防火复合板单元至少具有岩棉层与有机泡沫塑料层;由所述保温防火墙体的室外侧向室内侧穿入的连接件;现浇形成在所述保温防火墙体的室内侧的混凝土墙体,所述混凝土墙体与所述保温防火墙体固化连接,并通过所述FRP连接件增强连接强度,以形成建筑物保温防火外墙。本发明具有结构简单、施工方便、结构强度高的优点;而且本发明将防火等级A级的岩棉和防火等级B1级有机保温材料组合而成,保温性能得到提高,轻质且可以等同GB50016‑2014《建筑设计防火规范》中第6.7.3条夹心保温墙体的规定。
