The invention provides a fabricated concrete prefabricated wall heat preservation and fire prevention integrated plate and a construction method thereof. The fabricated concrete prefabricated wall heat preservation and fire prevention integrated plate comprises a base plate, a rock wool fireproof layer, a prefabricated concrete layer and an FRP connecting piece. The rock wool fireproof layer is fixedly connected to an outdoor side of the base plate. The prefabricated concrete layer is fixedly connected to an indoor side of the base plate. One end of the FRP connecting piece is in a disc shape and is tightly attached to an outdoor side of the rock wool fireproof layer, and the other end of the FRP connecting piece is anchored to the prefabricated concrete layer. Due to the fact that the fabricated concrete prefabricated wall heat preservation and fire prevention integrated plate (comprising the prefabricated concrete layer) can be prefabricated and formed in a factory, a wall can be quickly built on one side of the reserved position of a concrete wall without waiting for solidification of concrete during construction, and therefore the construction speed can be increased, the field construction workload can be reduced, and the working efficiency can be improved.
本发明提供一种装配式混凝土预制墙保温防火一体化板及其施工方法，所述一体化板包括基板；岩棉防火层，固定连接于所述基板的室外侧；预制混凝土层，固定连接于所述基板的室内侧；FRP连接件，其一端为盘状，紧贴于所述岩棉防火层的室外侧，其另一端锚固在预制混凝土层。由于装配式混凝土预制墙保温防火一体化板(含有预制混凝土层)能够在工厂预制成型，施工时可在混凝土墙预留位置一侧快速码砌成墙，不需要等待混凝土固化，因而能够加快施工速度，降低现场施工工作量，提高工作效率。
