The invention discloses an outer window aluminum profile structure with a fixing device. The outer window aluminum profile structure comprises a main body, wherein a first clamping groove is formed inthe left side of the top of the main body; a first fixing block is fixedly installed in the first clamping groove; a second fixing block is rotatably connected to the left side of the first fixing block; an outer window is fixedly installed on the left side of the second fixing block; a third fixing block is fixedly installed on the right side of the bottom of the outer window; a first connectingrod is rotatably connected to the right side of the third fixing block; a first cavity is formed in the first connecting rod; a second connecting rod is arranged in the first cavity; a first spring is arranged on the surface of the second connecting rod; and a fourth fixing block is rotatably connected to the top of the second connecting rod. The situation that the outer window is suddenly closedunder the accidental condition, consequently, glass of the outer window is broken due to vibration, economic losses are caused, and the structure of the outer window is damaged is reduced, the usingcost is reduced, and the using safety is improved.
