Fixing means of perspective window for aluminum profile
The present invention relates to a fixing unit for a sight glass of an aluminum profile, which enables a sight glass installed in a body frame formed by assembly of profiles forming length and breadth to coincide with a side of a profile. The fixing unit for a sight glass of an aluminum profile includes a sight glass support unit and a sight glass fixing unit. The sight glass support unit includes: a horizontal plate having a predetermined width and a predetermined length and mounted on the surface of the profile having a slot; a position guide holding a mounting position of the horizontal plate and connected to the slot to protrude from the horizontal plate; a vertical plate supporting one side of the sight glass by being bent at right angles and extended from one end of the width direction of the horizontal plate; and a first connection piece protruding in the opposite direction from the horizontal plate to be at the right angle to the vertical plate. The sight window fixing unit includes: a vertical pressing piece pressing the other side of the sight glass and connected to the sight glass support unit; and a second connection piece protruding from the vertical pressing piece to the horizontal plate and having a mounting groove on which the sight glass is mounted between the vertical pressing piece and the vertical plate, wherein the second connection piece is connected to the first connection piece.
본 발명은 가로와 세로를 이루는 프로파일들의 조립에 의해 형성되는 몸체프레임에 설치된 투시창을 프로파일의 어느 일측의 면과 일치되게 하는 알루미늄 프로파일의 투시창 고정구에 관한 것으로, 상기 슬롯홈이 형성된 상기 프로파일의 표면에 안착되는 소정의 폭과 길이를 갖는 수평플레이트, 상기 수평플레이트로부터 돌출되게 상기 슬롯홈에 결합되며 상기 수평플레이트의 안착위치를 잡아주는 포지션가이드, 상기 수평플레이트의 폭 방향 일측 단부로부터 직교되게 절곡 연장되어 상기 투시창의 일면을 지지하는 수직플레이트, 상기 수직플레이트로부터 직교되게 상기 수평플레이트와 반대방향으로 돌출 형성된 제1결합편,으로 구성된 투시창 지지대와; 상기 투시창 지지대와 결합되며, 상기 투시창의 타면을 가압하는 수직가압편과, 상기 수직가압편으로부터 상기 수평플레이트 방향으로 돌출 형성되어 상기 제1결합편과 결합하면서 상기 수직가압편과 상기 수직플레이트 사이에 상기 투시창이 안착되는 안착홈을 형성하는 제2결합편,으로 이루어진 투시창 고정대;를 포함하여 구성된다.
